Snow Day
So we’re having a snow day.
We had rain most of the weekend with a bit of snow falling last night. Sent the kids off to school this morning and was even contemplating a trip down to Santa Fe. But, the snow picked up and was falling steady, so no trip to SF and the kids got released from school at noon. Thank goodness for 4-wheel drive! The road were a mess and several inches deep with snow. Trucks aren’t getting up to the grocery store, so some of the shelves were pretty bare (not much dairy at all). Bad enough that the lab even shut down at 2pm, along with a slew of other places around town.
Anyway, now that the drive is shoveled, I uploaded some of the pics I took of the kids on Sunday. I neglected to take pics of them in their Sunday Christmas clothes, so they wore them for me yesterday so I could take pics.
I made the girls skirts (no pattern!) and crocheted all of the little flowers (mom helped me sew them on last minute).
I love this one of the boys…Zeph’s goofy smile filled with holes and Tyghe doing his new favorite thing.

wow, lots of snow! Please don’t send it our way. ha! Thekids want a snow day so bad… most of ours has melted. What I hate is the ice…. we seem to get a lot of that with our snow.
