9 months

March 14th, 2008

It’s amazing how quickly time passes sometimes. I can’t believe my little boy is already 9 months old.

He’s still not crawling, but he can get around a bit when sitting and pushed himself halfway across the family room yesterday while on his tummy – moving backwards! lol He wants to be mobile but just can’t seem to figure it out quite yet. He’s getting closer though.
Looking at the comparison pics with his siblings, he definitely has fewer teeth. He barely has one poking through (with the one next to it on the verge), while all of the others have 2 fully visible. Interesting how different he is from the others in some ways.
Comparison of all 5 kids at 9 months…

he is so cute! I canalmost see everyone else in him. caemlyn’s forehead, Ada’s cheeks, Kezia’s chin, Zeph’s eyes….crazy! Does he have red hair? I absolutely love reading your updates…it makes me feel more connected. I am glad we all started doing this.

I’m impressed you’ve got pictures of all your kids at the same age, what a great mom you are. Croydon (#4) has taken forever to get his teeth, crawl, walk and so forth. He’s a very laid back easy going boy so maybe your guy is too. They are all so different. Callie’s is 17 lbs and 4.5 months and Croydon is 22 lbs and 19 months. You just never know what you’re gonna get. He sure is cute!

No, he doesn’t really have red hair. It’s probably about the same color mine was when I was little. So, there is red in it, but it’s certainly nothing like Em’s boys.
Justin and I think he looks most like Caemlyn.
Funny thing about pics of my kids at the same age – I’ve got them for everyone at every age (month) except for Caemlyn at 5 months. Can’t seem to find a single pic of her at that age. Of course, that’s also when morning sickness set in when I was pregnant with Zeph, so maybe that has something to do with it. ;)

Your little guys is way cute. I can’t believe he is only a month younger than my little one. I hope that warm weather gets to you guys quick. Have fun in the snow.

What a fine young man. He just looks so pleased with life. His hair looks red! I think he is a cross between Zeph and Kez. Jared just told me he learned from his neuro seminars that late walkers/crawlers are a sign of high intellect – so put that in your book.

Penguins, pizzas and a beautiful baby boy…sounds like life is good! :) I loved all of your projects. Hannah really liked looking at them too, esp. Lacey’s hat, the bracelet and necklace. You’re talents seem endless! Also, you have inspired us with your triathalon goal. Jared and I are planning a series of hikes (with the kids in back packs) as targets for our fitness goals. We’ll let you know how it goes. :)

Hey Megan! All your kids look so similar at that same age!! WOW! Anyway, just announcing my presence on the ol’ www. jennispond.blogspot.com Nothing fantastic yet, but a presence nonetheless. Take care!!

So similar, yet so different! They are still so uniquely themselves! That’s cool, I love that you captured the same picture of each child at the same age.
