Justin Rocks!

April 7th, 2008

Justin has taken good care of me lately, and it’s only fair that I let everyone else know. Just before Easter, I was in the middle of sewing the girls’ dresses when my sewing machine died. The machine was a Brother that we got at Costco when Caemlyn was 1 or so. It has served me well, but Justin thought I deserved something better if I was planning to continue sewing. SO, he bought me a Singer Quantum 9940 – and it’s awesome!

Since one can’t really train and complete a triathlon without a bike, Justin got me one of those too. He didn’t just get me any bike though. We went to a real bike store (not just Target! lol) and got me a nice bike. I even took it out for a nice long ride on Saturday, and I’m very pleased with it. I could use some work though! hee hee
Introducing, the Trek WSD (women’s bike) 7.3FX.

It’s gold and very pretty. I know the pic is small, but you can click on it to see a bigger pic.

Not only does Justin rock for spending so much money on my hobbies, but for knowing how important these things are to me and appreciating that I want to do them. Thanks for supporting me honey…I love you!

As previously promised, I am finally posting more pics of the girls’ Easter dresses that I made.

Thanks to my friend Samara for letting me borrow her sewing machine so these could be finished on time.
