Happy Birthday Ada Jane!

We’ve been away on vacation for a week, but before we left, we celebrated Ada Jane’s 4th birthday. She was so excited to turn 4 and have a birthday party. We invited her group of friends over for a magical fairy party. (and I was relieved when it was all over)

We made up cute invitations that sported a good amount of fairy dust, but my favorite part was the fairy dust necklaces we made for all of her friends.
Ada has such a wonderful personality. She’s sweet and cuddly and loud and demanding. She’s not afraid to tell you what she wants. She’s a little girl with a big voice. She loves preschool and playing with her friends. As a keepsake for her, I’d love it if you’d share your thoughts/memories of Ada in the comments.

Ada, Ada, Ada. You are a beautiful little girl! Mommy has it just right when she says you are sweet and cuddly, yet loud and demanding. I am always amazed that such a cute little bug can have such a booming voice. You are a force to be reckoned with. I giggle when I think how you let your siblings know who is boss, even when you were just a wee babe. I remember bringing you brother and sisters up to see you just after you were born. We were all so delighted to welcome you to our family. Your mommy had to spend Thanksgiving at the hospital with you, but your dad and I cooked up a Thanksgiving dinner together. He is quite handy with turkey fixins. Grandpa showed up in time for leftovers. We sure love you!
Ada is such a pretty girl who seems so angelic, but has this big ol’ voice. I remember her little bunny she was so attached to; and then Kelman would be a stinker and torment her by taking it away from her. Boy would she yell! hehe She is such a sweet girl. I love the fairy dust necklaces too!
