Let the Wild Rumpus Start!
I am quite proud of my kids’ Halloween costumes this year. They let me go with a theme that I’ve been dying to do. I think we pulled it off quite nicely.

This picture (from the book, not the movie) was our inspiration. The kids picked which “Wild Thing” they each wanted to be…and I made it happen.

I also think my little guy makes the cutest “Max” ever. Or as Tyghe put it “I king of the wild”…except when I wanted to take his picture. hee hee But, he loved Halloween and all of the trick or treating and candy. He was even willing to walk and wear his crown the whole time.

Personally, I’m relieved now that today is over since I was “in charge” of our Ward’s Annual Halloween Party and Trunk or Treat. We had a HUGE turnout and everyone seemed to have a great time.
I’m quite behind on “blogging”, but I do have some pics of what we’ve been up to. As soon as I get a chance (maybe before our Primary Program next Sunday), I will post a big update.

VERY Impressive!!! How did you work in making costumes while being sick??
It looks like the kids enjoyed their costumes, as well. And . . . how come you were in charge of the Trunk or Treat?? Do you not have an Activities Committee??
Have you seen the Wild Things movie? Wondering if you liked it.
OMG! That’s all I can say–I can’t even spell it out because I am without words! No wonder you haven’t been blogging. Totally worth it though! Way to go, Supermom!
I wish I was that talented. Gorgeous!
I love that!!!! They look awesome, very impressive. You are so talented
Those are AMAZING costumes!! Wow…they looked so cute…what a fun memory for them and the book is a classic so your future grandkids…are going to go looking for those things so they can wear them!
Glad you had fun!
I totally meant to comment on this when you first posted about it. I LOVE the costumes and the whole theme! You did a wonderful job designing/making them. Wow, you are so talented. Why can’t we live nearer to each other so we could craft together?
