school pictures

With 4 kids in elementary school this year, I just couldn’t stomach spending $80 on crappy school pictures. So, on picture day, I had the kids get ready in the morning like they would for pictures, but…I took them myself! We just used a plain white wall as the background in the morning, but I wasn’t very happy with those, so I took each of them outside when they got home from school. MUCH better. And since I was already taking pics, I even took some of Tyghe for the grandparents.

i totally agree with skipping school pics! they charge a ridiculous amount and the kids always look ridiculous! i only buy the class picture in the spring. your pictures are way better!
