June Workouts

I haven’t made a workout schedule for June yet, as I’m just not sure yet what the plan is.  I went to the pool this morning with Caemlyn and swam long course, but I leave tomorrow morning and will be gone all week.  I encourage all of you to get to the pool at least one morning this week and swim long course, since that is what the triathlon is.  I’m also looking for input on a workout schedule for the rest of the month.  Post a comment with your input and I’ll get the schedule up sometime next weekend.

Nicole – feel free to post a comment with your schedule for the week if you’d like others to join you.  Of course, same goes for anyone else looking for company on any of their workouts.

    I’m going to run on tues. 5:30 pm. I want to do a long course swim on Fri. morning sometime. Probably during nap time around 10 am. And a long bike on Sat. morning. We might go camping fri-sat…but I want to get our early to beat the heat at 7am. Meet at the aquatic center if anyone would like to join. Also Thanks Megan for always being a faithful training partner.

    I’m up for running, swimming or biking on Tuesday or Thursday afternoon/evening if anyone is interested. Nicole, what time are you planning on swimming Friday? I’m planning on running early Saturday morning this week, probably 6:30 or 7:00, let me know if your interested in coming along.
